J.D. of Ontario asked us to track down a genuine British Issue DPM water bottle pouch, which we were more than happy to do - now these are available to everyone and when we drew that same customers name out of the VTS Feedback hat, were were delighted! So we're sending out to Ontario a new British MoD water bottle and mug which we just know will fit perfectly in that pouch. Thanks for your feedback J.D. and we appreciate your new product request as do all our other customers!

Very rarely, a less than perfect product can cause a customer to ask for a return and exchange. Unfortunately this happend to R.D. of Ontario. In double quick time, we arranged to have a replacement product shipped out and the original one returned to us for investigations into the cause.
