Do you have a shop I can visit?

Vancouver Tactical Supplies is an Internet based Company so unfortunately we do not have a store front location that can accept visitors. We can not facilitate a personal collection of orders placed with us.

Can I place an order without using PayPal?

Yes you can, we do have an off-line order form that you can complete and e-mail to us, alternatively you may print an order form, fill it in and then fax or post it to us - that form is available here.

How secure is your Website?

We use secure 256-bit SSL technology for all our transactions. We do not retain your payment information once the secure transaction is completed unless you specifically ask us to.

Are your products genuine Military Issue?

Where stated, our products are in service items that are used by soldiers in the United Kingdom, United States or in Canada.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We aim to process all orders in 24 to 48 hours and ship Via Canada Post expedited service within Canada and the US. Occasionally we may ship orders to our American customers by United States Postal Service.

What if I have a credit card but can not or do not wish to pay online?

We are able to process your credit card details securely if you wish to do so, please e-mail or call us for details.

Can I pay by cash or cheque?

We always advise against sending cash by mail, but if you must - then do so carefully! Personal checks in Canadian Dollars are acceptable but we always wait for these to clear before shipping goods.

What if you are out of stock of my item?

We hold good inventory of everything you see on our web site, but on some occasions, demand may deplete our stock. Regular shipments of goods arrive in Vancouver to help keep our stock bins full.

I do not live in North America, how much will it cost to ship an order to me and when can I expect it to arrive?

Overseas orders are shipped at cost, so please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering. Transit time varies greatly worldwide, but we aim to use the quickest and most economical service.

Can you list something different on the customs declaration?

Any customs declarations will be completed with an accurate description of product and value. We cannot state a lower value than you have paid, nor will we falsely identify an item.

Do your items carry military markings and/or NATO Stock Numbers?

Many of our Military items do carry markings of some type on them, although this cannot be guaranteed in every case. If you have a specific preference, please email us.

I want to buy a larger quantity of something for my Unit/Department, will you offer a discount?

We can offer discounts to Military and Law Enforcement Units and Kit Shops on certain items. Please e-mail us with your specific requirements.

If I am unhappy with one of your products, may I return it?

Absolutely, but we ask you to contact us first, before you return any item. You may return an item within 30 days for exchange or refund so long as it is unused and still in its original packaging. Defective goods may be returned within 90 days but this policy does not cover damage caused by negligence, improper use, or normal wear & tear.

How can I be sure the goods are in good shape before I order?

Before shipping, each individual item is checked to ensure that it is in top condition and ready to ship. Knives where necessary, have a very light coat of oil applied to the blades which should be removed with a soft dry cloth before use.
